It has been the only licensed skilled nursing facility in Wasatch and Summit County and provides 24\/7 care to its patients. The original Heber building opened in 1955 and continues to be a trusted pillar in the Heber Valley by offering our community skilled nursing and transitional rehabilitation services.<\/p>\n

Rocky Mountain Care Executive Director, Jon Hammond, has ensured that no detail is spared in the staffing and construction of the new building. Over 120 RN\u2019s, LPN\u2019s, CNA\u2019s as well as occupational therapists, speech therapists and physical therapists will be employed and on-hand to provide the utmost care and attention to patients. Specialty Trach\/Vent and Bariatric specific rooms are also an option for special needs patients. Residents will feel at home in a private or semi-private room and enjoy modern home comforts that will include a indoor media room, library, salon, and private dining room. Outdoor amenities include the sunken gardens, a courtyard, walking path and putting green.Rocky Mountain Care – The Lodge is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center providing patients with access to both long\u00adterm care as well as rehabilitation services.
