Perennial first course favorites include Wild Boar Swedish Meatballs, Slow-Cooked Escargot and the classic Fondue for Two\u2014a blend of Gruyere and Emmental Cheeses served with apples, cornichons, ham, salami and bread. In addition to traditional Holsteiner Schnitzel with saut\u00e9ed spaetzle, guests enjoy Filet Mignon, Seared Scallops and Potato Crusted Salmon.
