Given all the area offers, it\u2019s little wonder Heber Valley is ranked the fastest growing micropolitan area in the United States.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whether you want to slay the switchbacks, run the road, hike the hills or feast on fresh farm food, here\u2019s how the Heber Valley does healthy and happy:<\/p>\n<p>Wasatch Mountain State Park offers nearly 22,000 acres of pristine and stunning land for a variety of outdoor activities. The park\u2019s Dutch Hollow Trail System is a series of interconnected single-track loops, with most segments featuring two to three miles. The full system boasts roughly 20 scenic miles for hiking and mountain biking.<\/p>\n<p>Popular with road bikers and runners, the Heber Valley Loop follows paved roads through downtown Heber City, out to the pastoral meadows of Charleston and through the charming Swiss Village of Midway.
