It boasts three state parks, a 2002 Olympic venue, 90 holes of stunning mountain golf, several world-renowned ski resorts just a quick drive away, and most notably, views galore.<\/p>\n<p>Vacationers from around the globe have turned their temporary visits into permanent residence and not surprisingly, real estate prices have jumped. The surge in residents has homebuilders working hard to keep up, but supply and demand is still skewed.<\/p>\n<p>Elected officials are currently updating the city\u2019s master plan through an initiative known as Envision Heber 2050.
