Recipe for Success – Taqueria Los Cunados

This Summer welcomes the grand opening of the first (of hopefully many) brick and mortar Taqueria Los Cuñados restaurants in the Heber Valley and Park City area. Carlos Infante started his career as a Chef in California in 2003. He quickly climbed through the ranks from dishwasher to Executive Sous Chef working the world of steakhouse fine dining in areas such as Newport Beach and Palo Alto.

Three years ago, Carlos and his brother-in-law Jesus Ramos moved to Heber, Utah with their young families and started the Taqueria Los Cuñados Food Truck. Things started off slow at first, but with hard work, a bit of optimism and determination, their tiny food truck started to develop a strong local following.

Their loyal customers took to social media and the word was out! They branched out to working private events and The Heber Market on Main Street.

Although there is just a single location to enjoy the newly expanded menu, you can still find the original little black food truck on the streets of The Heber Valley.
