Heber Valley Railroad
All Aboard! The Heber Valley Railroad is the quintessential Heber attraction combining history with adventure and majestic beauty. This steam passenger train from 1899 meanders its way through Provo Canyon and offers riders exciting themed experiences like the Wild West Train, Princess & Pirate Train and Freedom Train to name a few.

Homestead Crater
Go deep into this 10,000-year-old limestone dome formation, and a geothermal hot spring greets you. Once you’re there you can swim, scuba dive, snorkel, take a paddle board yoga class or just soak in the 96-degree water. And fun fact, the Homestead Crater is the only warm water scuba destination in the continental U.S.

Midway Swiss Days
The annual Swiss Days event, a lively outdoor craft fair complete with a parade, run race, food and entertainment honoring Midway’s Swiss heritage takes place the Friday and Saturday before Labor Day in the town of Midway each year and draws huge crowds.

Demolition Derby & Wasatch County Fair Days
Be a part of fender bending, metal-on-metal excitement at the Wasatch County Fair Days Demolition Derby. This popular 2-day event roars to life at the end of July. If you’re looking for an adrenaline-packed excursion without leaving your grandstand seat, this is it. The Derby is a sell-out attraction every year.

Hot Air Balloon Rides
Float away on a sunrise adventure high in the sky. Get a bird’s eye view of the Heber Valley with a hot air balloon ride. Take in the breathtaking scenery of Mount Timpanogos, Wasatch and Uinta Mountain Range, Provo River, Deer Valley and Park City ski areas and Heber and Midway and end your flight European style, with a champagne celebration.

Cascade Springs
Cascade Springs Trail is a must-do if you are traveling to the area. Imagine wandering through luscious artisan springs cascading through naturally terraced pools of sparkling water.
